What’s your point of difference?

Have you considered how you appear to your clients? Do they do business with you (the person) or your company? How do you stand out in a crowded marketplace?
Once you identify your point(s) of difference, you can begin to formulate an effective strategy to help you captialise on them. In turn this will create an identity in the minds of your clients and convince potential clients to switch to your brand. One rule of thumb to consider when thinking about your business is to consider true points of difference that are unique and not shared by any of your competitors.Leave a Reply
